1. Warranty Coverage
All Veloureia products are covered by a 30-day quality warranty starting from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing or production defects
- Loose stitching, seam issues, or construction flaws
- Defective zippers, buttons, clasps, or closures
- Fabric defects present upon arrival
- Incorrect item, size, or color received
- Damage caused during shipping
If your issue falls under any of the above, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
2. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover
The following are not considered defects and are not covered:
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Damage caused by washing, drying, or improper care
- Shrinking, fading, stretching, or pilling over time
- Stains from cosmetics, perfumes, or personal care products
- Accidental damage (tears, burns, holes, etc.)
- Damage caused by misuse, alterations, or incorrect handling
- Items returned with strong odors (smoke, perfume, chemicals)
- Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)
These situations are not classified as manufacturing defects.
3. How to File a Warranty Claim

- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
4. Approved Warranty Solutions
If your claim is approved, you may choose from the following options:
- Free replacement (same item, size, and color, subject to availability)
- Full refund to your original payment method
- Store credit for future purchases
All shipping costs related to approved warranty claims will be covered by Veloureia.
5. Warranty Timeframe
Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible.
